For women whose lives look good on paper—and who are ready for what’s next.

You can be grateful for your life and still want more from it.

Grateful & Wanting is a 21-day guided reflection experience for high-achieving women ready to feel more connected, energized, and intentional about their next chapter.

Includes the guide, 21 days of prompts, and three live virtual reflection sessions on 10/11, 10/18 and 10/25 at 7PM EST.

A personal-growth experience. Not therapy or crisis care.

An open journal with handwritten reflections, a fountain pen and dried grasses in warm afternoon light

The Experience

Nothing is wrong. But something may be ready.

You have been capable for a long time. You have built a meaningful career, cared for the people you love, followed through, figured things out, and become the person others depend on.

  • 01You are proud of what you have built—but you miss feeling excited by your own life.
  • 02You can name what is working, but not always what you want next.
  • 03Your gratitude practice has become repetitive instead of revealing.
  • 04You are tired of being practical when a part of you wants to be more honest.
  • 05You do not want to blow up your life. You want it to feel more like yours.
  • 06You are ready to make room for more joy, choice, and possibility.

If this feels familiar, you are in the right place.

Gratitude is not the ceiling. It is the floor you stand on to reach higher.

This is not a practice in being less ambitious, more content, or more appreciative of what you already have.

It is a space to hold two truths at once:

You are deeply grateful for the life you have built.

And you are fully available for what is coming next.

“I am deeply grateful for all that I have. And I am fully available for everything that is coming.”

Three Live Reflection Sessions

The Three-Week Journey

Three weeks. One more honest relationship with what you want.

  1. Week 1

    Honor What You Have Built

Reflect on the success, capacity, and access you have created—and notice what may have become quiet while you kept everything moving.

  2. Week 2

    Name What You Want Now

Move beyond the question of what you should want. Explore the desires you have been too busy, too responsible, or too grateful to name.

  3. Week 3

    Decide What Comes Next

Choose one boundary, one experiment, one conversation, or one next step that makes your life feel more like your own.

Is This for You?

For the woman who has achieved a great deal—and still hears a quiet question underneath it all.

This is for you if…

  • You are successful, capable, and often the person others count on.
  • Your children are older, your career is established, or you are entering a new season of life.
  • You are not looking for a dramatic reinvention; you want a more intentional next chapter.
  • You want to feel more awake to your own preferences, desires, and possibilities.
  • You want thoughtful structure, not generic motivational advice.
  • You are ready to make room for what you want without diminishing what you already have.

This may not be for you if…

  • You are seeking psychotherapy, clinical mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.
  • You want someone else to tell you exactly what decision to make.
  • You are not willing to make time for reflection and one small, meaningful next step.

Questions, answered.

What is Grateful & Wanting?

A 21-day guided personal-growth experience for high-achieving women who want more clarity, energy, and intention for their next chapter.

Is this therapy or group therapy?

No. This is a guided personal-growth and leadership-development experience. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or a substitute for individualized mental-health treatment.

What if I cannot attend the live sessions?

Session replays will be available for enrolled participants. You can complete the reflection practice on your own schedule.

How much time will this take?

Plan for approximately 10–15 minutes for each reflection practice, plus the optional weekly 60-minute live sessions.

Do I have to know exactly what I want before I begin?

No. The experience is designed for women who are ready to listen more honestly to what they want, even if they cannot yet name it clearly.

Will I be expected to share personal details?

No. You decide what to share. The experience is designed to be valuable whether you participate quietly, reflect privately, or contribute to live conversation.

Who is the Next Chapter Clarity Session for?

It is for participants who complete the experience and want private space to clarify a personal direction, decision, or 90-day plan.

What if I need mental-health treatment or urgent support?

This program is not crisis care or therapy. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or 988 in the United States. If you are seeking individualized counseling, contact an appropriately licensed mental-health provider.

You do not need a crisis to choose a more alive life.

You have spent years making things happen. This is an invitation to pause long enough to ask what you want to happen next.

Your guide arrives immediately. Your next chapter can begin with one honest page.
